Minimisation and recycling
Aims of the forum
The Forum Waste minimisation and recycling (FAR) aims to :
- bring together the actors in the fields of waste avoidance, waste minimisation and recycling;
- promote communication between these actors;
- collect relevant information from practice and research in the fields of waste avoidance, waste minimisation and recycling;
- spread this information inside and outside Switzerland, in particular towards actors in non-OECD countries;
- promote and take part in innovative and practice-oriented projects in the fields of waste avoidance, waste minimisation and recycling, that aim towards sustainable development of Swiss waste management;
- represent ISWA-CH in the international ISWA working group on the same theme.
